Your Path to Full Potential
A DAYLONG WOMEN’S RETREAT
November 1, 2015 | Bloomington, IL
Do you hunger to experience the joy, growth, and profound sense of purposeful meaning that comes from living your fullest potential?
As women, we've been well conditioned to adjust our deepest desires and ambitions to accommodate what we perceive to be others' intractable needs.
Over time, this act of accommodation has become automatic, a skill we often prize as the condition of loving resilience. What then, do we make of the sense that something’s missing, that there's something more we are meant to do, to create, to manifest? What do we do with feelings of entrapment, resentment, disconnect, and exhaustion? Does your internal unease leave you feeling guilty and selfish? Do you wonder what's happened to your sexual self, if you'll ever meet her again?
During our retreat I will guide you through my proven three-part process wherein you will learn to:
***
Discern and listen to your authentic desires
***
Feel and reframe fear as your guide to compassionate action
***
Cultivate confidence and deep connection by achieving self-trust
Through carefully structured activities, including writing, guided meditation, movement, group-work, and discussion, you will: tap your creative pulse (seat of imagination and innovation), reconnect with your sensuality and your body's knowing (intuition), learn to distinguish between authentic desire (truth) and distraction, gain insight about your core fears and the tools to move through them, and identify immediate action steps in service of your full potential.
